A unified, complete, and searchable view of all our works.
Today we're launching a new, searchable catalog of all our on-chain works and projects. The ability to search and view everything we've made in a single unified interface was something we had wanted for quite some time, and we realized that others might find it useful as well. This project also gave us an opportunity to show each work in its best possible light. While NFT marketplaces do a good job showing each artwork and its attributes in a generalized interface, we are able to customize the presentation of the works to best suit each of our projects. For example, when viewing the details of a Quine, we show all of its generations rather than just its “poster”.
Filtering and Search The catalog features filtering and search over the attributes of each project. You can also search universally over all projects at once. For example, a search for 3D will return results in both CryptoPunks and Meebits, and a search for 9 will show all Type 9 Autoglyphs, as well as all Meebits wearing a jersey with the number 9 on it. Filtering is project-specific, where you can browse and select attributes to narrow results. We support filtering by color/pattern “sub-attributes” in the Meebits as well.
Collectors The catalog supports searching by collector, either by specifying a wallet address or an ENS name. All search queries support auto-complete, so it is rarely necessary to type more than a few characters of the address or ENS name to find what you're looking for. We've found it really satisfying to have a complete and unified view of our collectors, which at the time of writing stands at a count of 9,874 wallets.
Editioned Works As part of the catalog project, we've also included and documented our Editioned Works: Protoglyph, Voxelglyph, and I ♥ LA. Documentation on these projects was previously fairly fragmented and sparse, so we are happy to have this consolidated on our site.
Source Images and Files We took this opportunity to make the catalog a clearing house for all relevant imagery and data for all our works. Every image or source file that we have found useful over the years is made available. Examples of this are TIFF files for each CryptoPunk with accurate colorspace embeddings that translate well to print, VRM rigged avatars for each Meebit for use in VR/AR applications, and SVG files for every generation of each Quine.
Archival Information For archivists, conservators and institutions, we are making complete archival materials and data streams available for each project. This includes all relevant information about how each project was created as well as the steps to produce derived media for print and display, guides for how to acquire on-chain data, and complete transaction ledgers. While we expect this to be of relatively niche interest, we believe it is important to document and archive as much as possible about these projects for perpetuity.
