What we say
SVG Android Library and Google I/O
by Matt Hall on Android / Larva Labs /
We’re very excited to be in San Francisco today and tomorrow for Google I/O! We’ll be in the sandbox area to open source a big part of Androidify to help developers use vector graphics in their Android apps. Thanks to the Google Creative Lab for supporting the open sourcing of this code and for being such a great partner on Androidify.
The code is over at the SVG Android project on Google code. In addition to a the SVG parser and Android support classes, we’ve also open sourced the live wallpaper that’s now included in the market version of Androidify. It’s a great example of how vector graphics allow you to do UI that can scale to any size while retaining high quality.

Please come by the sandbox and say hi!

I was great running into you guys at the Sandbox at Google IO! Hopefully you guys keep making the great applications. Although I was kinda disappointed that I didn’t have any clever questions to ask you guys haha
